Methodology

The bottom line is: Enable collaboration and social interactions only if it adds to your bottom line in the long run.

(The simple but effective POST methodology was devised by Forrester in a research report in 2007).

People

YOU find out: Who are the people that your organisation interacts with?  Employees, investors, partners, customers are usually the major groups, but dig a bit deeper on their patterns of interaction and you might see sub-groups such as potential customers, competitors, information and support seekers, window shoppers.

Objectives

YOU think about: Ideally, how would your business like to handle interaction from these groups?  What can these people do for you.  What are your business objectives?  Think out of the box and discard existing constraints.

Strategy

WE use our experience to map out a strategy that covers old processes as well as new one.  We will do an ROI analysis for you, as well as guide you on change management.

Technology

WE help you select and deploy the technologies that will enable your strategy, based on your technology footprint, and other technical factors.

. . . and then we set up metrics, measure the results against the objectives..
